When I was coming off Vicodin, I took a vitimin cocktail. I couldn't get the valium in the TR, but I have quite a bit of supplements. Here they are:
B Complex - 3 per day
Ester-C 6 a day
MSM - 4 a day (This is sulphure, a naturally occuring miniral in our bodies)
Hyaluronic Acid - 2 a day
Red Marine Algae - 6 a day
Bee Caps - 2 a day
All One powedered vitamins with juice - 1 tbsp. 2wice a day
Lots of water
3 bananas a day.
This really helped with withdrawals, they were not as bad as what I read about here. I still take everything, but only 1 of the B and C now. I get the vitamins from
www.vitacost.com. They are reasonably priced and have tons of natural remedies.

sounds about right 250mcg meaning take just one??? It doesn't tell you on the bottle. but I did just google it and read of a guy asking a question on a forum and he had 2500mcg and the answer was yeah that will work for ya???? Well what is the deal is it something that you kinda have to just feel out?
No percs! That sounds about right on B12. Google it or talk to the supplement store. B12 pretty much sloughs out of you so it is hard to do too much.
