Day 9 and hope to feel fine

While I have had some moments of feeling good, I am still having some really bad spells.  I know I have put my body through hell and I'm not a spring chicken but when they hit, they hit hard.  I'm pretty sure this is normal and am just going to continue with helping my body get healthy.  It's sure not used to that.  Extreme makeover for it.  I just hate those waves.  Wish they would stop.

Pat I'm right there with you. Yesterday I had some really strong cravings, stuck in LA rush hour traffic thinking a couple pills would make it so much more bearable! Every time we overcome those weaknesses we are retraining our mind and body. Enjoy your day!

Good morning or Afternoon! Yay for day 9! I hope the "waves" get less intense, and further between spells! You are doing everything you can!

I had to buy a magnifying glass to read the pill bottles!! Even my glasses don't help! LOL!

Stay strong! You are doing amazing! The Hills really are "Alive with the Sound of Music"! So proud for you!!

It's true. I don't feel like crap when I am walking.  I am just focused on the outdoors.  I just didn't want to be to far from the washroom earlier but it seems a bit better.
I did put out 2 weeks of garbage and recycling this morning.  That was a workout.
Another funny thing is I find when I take melatonin it brings on a hot flash too.
If I had new glasses I could read what was in it.  Why do they make the print so small.  Can anyone read it/??

This is your body and brain trying to heal, but also trying to get you to give it some meds to kick start it......You'll have these days, but they will get less and less. Be gentle with yourself, but don't get complacent with your exercise. 'm a tennis player and had commitments starting 3 days after detox. I noticed I didn't feel like crap while I was on the courts (weird), not that I had a choice, but it made me look forward to playing as my mind was totally occupied for 2-3 hours a day and think I healed faster. Your doing GREAT!

It's weird.  Just yucky feelings going through my body and then I break out in a sweat.  I couldn't go for my walk this morning.  I felt too weak.  I am taking lots of vitamins and drinking a couple of boosts per day.  I drink lots of gatorade as well.  Had to take some imodium today as well and I haven't really had a problem that way the whole time.  I did take a couple of imodium on day 2 I think just in case.
I think my body is just old and worn out lol.

When the waves hit, what symptoms are most troubling? Are you taking a good multivitamin? Can you get a massage in a few days? Day 9....NYCE!

Is it possible for you to get out of the house, maybe have lunch with a friend? Sometimes a change in scenery is just what the Dr. orders.
