What do you think

I'm on day 5. I have little desire to take a vic. I want my life back.  I have nooooo energy. Went to CVS this morning to ask pharmacist about my energy level. (Yes I told him about everything). I'm taking my B Vit ontop of my daily vit's. I can not take energy pill, diet pills, drinks, the all make me jittery & sick as hell. Well, back on point.... He handed me Hi-Ener-G. 200 MG it's Ginseng & non habit forming. I took 1 & I feel "normal" again. I do not feel high, speedy, or wierd, I feel like I did before the pills. Am I doing wrong? I called my family doc & he doesn't see a problem with it. Just wanting your opinion.

Thank all of you. I was worried maybe I was doing wrong. I don't want to make it a habit to use these, but for now until I can get over my "slump" I will.

herbals are always good to supplement the run down feeling we get after detoxing the thing to watch out for is not to get in the habit of using a pill to fix everything wrong in our lives....................Gnarly
