Will this work??? Quitting fentanyl pain patch

If I tape the underside of the patch, will this work in reducing the amount I recieve?  I'm currently using 50mcg Apotex matrix patch.  I want off these things and cutting back by 25% was horrid!  I was on 75mcg.

Make sure to speak w your dr about this. I am a cancer survivor twice so you can imagine what's been in my system. This one was by far the worst to kick it literally threw me into a seizure and medical experts had to be involved. Good luck.

I'm sorry hun but we cannot tell you ways in which to use that medication. Speak with your doctor and see if he/she won't write a new script for a lower dose and do it that way. That is the safest. Let us know how you are doing.
