I can symapathize with you, I wake up every hour on the hour. I have tried some tea (Chamomile) but other than that I am looking for some help myself. The lack of sleep for me is not as bad as the body pain I am experiencing. UGH!

no sleep yup thats the worst i just went through 6 days w/o sleep although i broke down and started using again and will have to start over, but a hot shower and i had some clonazepam helped me in the past plus alot of people have said there are many herbals that will help although i've never tried them.in reality though im thinkin the no sleep is just something we have to go through to kick this nasty addiction.you are doing great.

Well heres the thing, You have to try and not worry about the sleep issue for a secon. I know it sounds hard, because our sanity depends on it. But it does come back. I promise!!! Just try and take some peace of mind in knowing that "it does come back!" I say this because nothing helped me either. And anything w/benedryl just made things worse! lol. Sometimes an anti anxiety pill would help me though...xanax is what i tried!

I totally sympathize with the lack of sleep.....I believe the 96 hour mark was my peak....no fun at all......................I had the best luck with benadryl as far as a pill goes.....ambien and the like did not begin to cut through that mess for me.....best of luck to you..............................get some sleep  --------

I haven't slept in one week now, I mean a little nap here
and there but no real sleep aside from Wednesday morning, I had my replacement pump implanted and slept for 3 hrs post surgery. I have sleeping or anxiety pills(ambian, xanax) but because right now my system is in limbo (morphine started flowing from pump today after 10 days stop) but I still take those nasty Oxy's( 80 mg every 8 hrs).
I tried melatonin (sp?) in the past but it was not effective, i truly understand what you are going through , I wish I had the answers

have you tried some of these stuff, lambo ?

L-theanine , valerian root or melatonin  (otc)?

i started with valerian  ( 6 pills along the day, 2 in the afternoon and 4 before bed )and it worked perfectly, i'm already lowered the dose ( 2 before bed) and i'm still sleeping like a baby and some people say that melatonin knocked them out so ....good luck with your sleep
