i have new questions :)

so im on day 17. :)  worst of the worst is over i take it. im doing liver cleanse now and dealing with it pretty well but im still having the occasional twitching at night, some nights are pretty bad some not so bad. i take 2 all natural sleep aids and occasionally a benedryl or tylenol pm to maybe help but nothing seems to stop it. my question is.. out of the medicine im taking now for sleep (calcium magnesium, deep sleep & melatonin {natural sleep aids} tylenol pm, benedryl, and my zoloft i take at night as well ) would any of those medications contribute to my twitching and rls?? its not as bad as it was butt i wasnt sure how long the twitching went on for if its even suppose to still be happening. thanks so much! <3 kristen

What are the side effects of calcium citrate?  Can it cause chest congestion and/or runny nose?

Tylenol pm and benedryl are the same.  I'm wondering if you even need those two if you're taking melatonin and calcium mag.?  They could be causing rls and twitching in general.

You may also want to try taking the Zoloft in the morning as it can cause restlessness.
