Hi~  It can last for a few weeks. If you have it all over try taking some DMX. You can find that in cough syurp and cold tablets.  Doctors have started recommending this for RLS with good results.  Take as directed...

after opiate withdrawl? Once your done withdrawing the RLS will go away.  Usually in 4 days starting from the day when you took your last dose.

I'm 376 days clean,I can still get rls but it gets less often.
