I have what is called a spark by advocare no I am not advertizing it my Fiancee swears by it and it does give you natural energy and at the same time rehydrates you.

I totally agree with Naughty here. Blood spikes will keep you from tapering successfully. A small dose given frequently is a better way to taper.
if your down to four pills a day, break them into !/4's and take one every hour. You will find yourself dropping off much quicker naturally. If you miss a dose, of course, don't make it up by taking half. If you stick to it......the natural progression will take you down sometimes as much as a whole pill in a day....you have to try it to fully understand the concept.......the problem your having is that your not consistant with your doses. you spike it in the morning which causes anxiety. If the doses are small and regular the body seems to adjust much better. You can even go as much as 1/2 pill every 2 hours at first.

you may want to check into vitamins, and i think amino acid pages on the health page section. not sure, pills arent my doc. but try to message goingtomakeit , full of info about how to kick the pills. im sure your gonna figure it out, dont let it getcha down.
my psychiatrist had taken off caffeine about 6 months ago to help with mood swings so i'm sure not gonna go back onit- but i will think of something i'm sure and thanks for all your encouragement-knowing someone is out there is really so much help in itself..
No u r not a whiner....red bull has been helping me...i just started it this week and am getting used to the taste...I think sometimes we have to throw something out there and hear what we already know so it will sink in LOL
ever try an energy drink in the morning? redbull, or others out there. they may not give you the effect of the pills, but there is also no w/d's when ya decide you dont want to drink them. best of luck , you can do this...
no-i am NOT going to take them for the rest of my life. i will start increasing my amino acids and go for a walk in the am-maybe on my midmorning break..thank you for the kick in the a**-i am such a whiner!!!
That has been my hardest obstacle as well...getting moving in the morning without them...I end up moving every day tho and make it to work...What is your plan? Are you planning to take 2 lortabs for the rest of your life every morning to get going? This is tough...this I know...but you gotta think about it on the long term....you cant just take 2 every morning forever...or maybe u can...I could not
i'm really scared about this cuz it seems like the 2 i take in the am is the only thing that gets me up and functioning,i feel like a real wimp-panicking at the first sign of withdrawl, but i'm worried about caring for my family and my job..
Maybe if you spread your 4 pills out over the day...1 pill every 6 hrs.....see if that helps!

Tapering was very hard for me and I was very happy when the vacation time I had scheduled arrived....or I would have just called in and been done with it...I had to taper rto finish out work but I feel as if it prolonged the agony...good luck and keep posting..I made it tho and you will too
