i have been taking vicodin es for a year now, always at the same time three at seven oclock at night if i stop will my withdrawals be bad? would love some input  thank you so much

go to upper right of this page and check the health forums. last time l looked they had the thomas recipe posted. it has info and supplements and all that. use it to help ease your detox. as GTMI said, long term is hardest... so kick it now.

I agree with the above posters.....Get off these now... The longer you wait the more your tolerance will go up and the harder it will be to get off them.  We are here to help so keep posting           sara

man plz get out while u can that how it starts bro 6 yrs ago thats how i started taken em at work at same time like 8 or 9 at nite than u could end up like me im now takn 40 norco 10/325 everyday so plz stop now while it wont b that bad and u dont lose everythng good in ur life and do thngs that u never thopught u woulda ever even thought of doing ever u dont wana see how bad it could get if u like read my story its a few titles above yours the titles MY ROCK BOTTOM...MY STORY...  read it and than tell me that u wana end up like me or sooo many others on this site plz plz stop now while its not that bad i mean it TRUST ME......

Yes quit now because it only gets harder.  I think the withdrawals could be much worse and after a few days you'll be out of the worst of it.  Good luck!

It will be manageable, but you may feel under the weather for a few. The trick will be to stay away from them for good. If you quit now and it's easy. It will seem like it's no big deal to start back up. Each time gets much worse. Quit now while you can. Good Luck.
Start taking vitamins and aminos. It will help your body heal.
