Heart Disease CHD

What foods should be included in the heart healty diet.  Is it possible to reverse the progression of the CHD with diet?

Hi i read your post...the Mayo Clinic one of the best in the world recommends the "DASH" diet and Omega-3's but no matter which direction you go in make a quick call to your doc to make sure that the food groups that you are putting into your body do not react adversely with the meds you may be on.  Your doc should be able to provide you with a print out of recommended supplements that you are able to take...good luck with this and i believe its never too late to get proactive with your body and heart.....
