What could be causing my increased heart rate?

I’ve noticed my resting heart rate is between 105-110 all day with some dizziness, even when I was laying down for a nap.  I took a meclizine this morning for motion sickness (I was recently on a cruise and am still feeling the effects) and I also recently came off of Zoloft for OCD, could either of those be a contributing factor?  Of course my anxiety has kicked in which I’m sure isn’t helping.

Did you taper slowly off the Zoloft or quit abruptly?  Either way, it can be withdrawal from stopping the Zoloft -- it needs to be stopped as slowly as suits the particular individual and even then most people get withdrawal symptoms when stopping it, some moderate, some severe., some for a very short time, some for a very long time.
