Your very welcome. I'm praying you feel better soon too. Have you tried the Xanax during very anxious times? Did you start the Zoloft yet?
thanks so much im praying i get better
i was prescribed xanax and zoloft and i when she prescribed them i was going through my what if i part of my anxiety and thought if i get an allergic reaction or what not so i didnt take them. and yes its so scary because im always on edge i cant shake it i keep thinking what if i turn out crazy im so scared although i know its just a movie i cant help it. i fear and always try to explain things which make me worry more i dont know what to do its consuming my thoughts and i tell my partner and hes like your fine and i know i am but i still cant shake it.
Try to remember it was just a movie. I do understand how you feel. I had my first panic attack while reading a very scary book and I thought the things were going to happen to me. I had no idea it was a panic attack at the time.
Taking meds can be a scary thing too. I've been on many throughout my life and I've gotten to the point of just taking them and if I were to have a reaction I know I can call my Dr at any time.
What have you been prescribed?
