Addiction to caffiene causeing my anxiety symptoms?

For the last 2 years iv had extremely bad dizziness.iv had every test you can think off,MRI,ECG,EEG,Adrenal test, blood tests,ENT tests yet they all come back normal.I have quite bad anxiety and depression and i drink quite alot of caffeine.i could easyly drink a 2.5 litre of coke a day.iv had trouble sleeping for quite some time,i wake up at say 12-1 and within 30 mins i feel really weak, dizzy and tired yet i could of slept for 10 hours.before all this dizziness started i used to stay up all night on the pc drinking coke and smoking basicly.could this be some sort of problem with caffeine and if so what should i do?i had 2 (small)bottles of coke and a can in 1 day,the next a (small)bottle early in the morning and the next day i felt so ill i had to go back to sleep after waking up at like 1 in the afternoon.is this caffeine?could the caffeine be making me have bad anxiety symptoms? thank you very much in advance

Check out the links below to learn just how badly caffeine can affect us.  I think the caffeine and nicotine are definitely making your anxiety worse.

If your consumption of caffeine was the same when the dizziness began, in my humble opinion, I would say that it's probably not the culprit. I will assume you told all the doctors you've seen about the caffeine? I think if they thought it was a contributing factor, they'd have talked to you about it.
Even if we are use to consuming caffeine, it can affect us at times in a rather unpleasant way. And it can definitely exacerbate anxiety, especially in combination with nicotine. You could try cutting down on the caffeine, but don't go cold turkey or you'll pay for it with headaches.
I wish I had more I could offer you in the way of advice, but I think this is something you should discuss with your doctor. I know you're probably tired of being told nothing is wrong, but SOMETHING is ramping up your anxiety.

Absolutly caffine can cause this. Caffine and anxiety are pretty much enemies.  I absolutly cannot drink caffine or my body goes crazy! Shakes, nausia, and extreme hightened anxiety.  I would try to lay off the caffine and see if that makes a difference on how you feel. I think it definitly will. Good luck!
