Am i normal

I have read all your stuff but still am convinced there's something wrong with me... i'm back and forth to the doctors - i feel constantly dizzy and shaky/jittery - i've got over anxiety once then got a nasty virus and have apparently retrained my brain to have panic attacks...  i was almost off the meds and now i'm back where i started only it feels much worse and i'm convinced i'm dying :(  the thing is, i dont feel like i'm having attacks this time, i just get all the symptoms all of a sudden for no apparent reason.  Is there anyone out there who feels the same?

Hiya, well wait upon the results and if all come back ok then have a good chat with ur doc and let him know how bad ur feeling, ur doc has an obligation to help u, so don't leave until ur happy with the treatment u have recieved.  Maybe ask for another med or therapy......

So since getting this virus u have not only gone back to sq1 but got worse as well.  Has ur doc run blood tests and full check up?  How long ago did u have the virus?  I personally feel that if ur not having any joy with ur doc then maybe you should consider going along to ur local ER and asking them to run some tests.... don't let them fob u off because it's so easy for them to stand and say well u have anxiety so it's anxiety, without giving u a proper, thorough check up.  Stand ur ground!!

If after then all comes back clean, then u should think about going back onto the med's and having therapy like CBT.  Good-luck and don't stand for no nonsence.
