Anxiety, or something entirely diffirent?

Hi, I am 14 years old and have been experiencing for the last month what seem to be the exact definition of anxiety. A tight throat, pains and aches, muscle spasms and twitches, and the fear of everything around me. However, 3 days ago everything changed. I started having a very large build up of acid and mucus in my throat along with my previous symptoms, and some light wheezing. I have lost my appetite, and my fears are just getting worse. Could this be part of anxiety, or something else like the development of asthma or acid reflux? Thanks in advance

thanks for the reply, I am starting to feel better today, my mind isn't clouded up with these horrible thoughts with the aches and pains as much. Hopefully another wave won't come for a while.

Okay, things have changed since I posted last. I now have pretty much constant anxiety and fear, my symptoms are a tight chest, shortness of breath, tight throat, aches and pains all over my body, and stress headaches. I have also had shocks up my left arm once or twice a day. I have almost no control of my life anymore. One of the main things I think may be causing this is that I have quit drinking anything with caffeine. I had anxiety before I quit drinking soda, but since I quit my symptoms have gotten MUCH worse. I am going to a psychiatrist later this week, but what can I do for myself now?

wheezing and mucus are not cause by anxiety (unless it has converted to somatization)
