I want to know how YOU feel when you're anxious & when you're going to have a panic attack?
What symptoms do you get?
How do you deal with it?
Right now I feel like I'm going to lose control, I want to cry, I feel like I'm going to start freaking out but I'm TRYING to control it and not let it get out of control.
My head feels weird and heavy, I feel kinda shaky, I feel like I'm going to fall over, my hands are getting clammy.
I tried a breathing technique I found on Youtube but I just can't relax.

My neck is stiff and sore and I feel some pressure in my head.
Am I just worrying too much and stressing myself out from thinking there's something wrong with my brain?
