I'm curious.. Please comment :)

I want to know how YOU feel when you're anxious & when you're going to have a panic attack?

What symptoms do you get?

How do you deal with it?

Right now I feel like I'm going to lose control, I want to cry, I feel like I'm going to start freaking out but I'm TRYING to control it and not let it get out of control.
My head feels weird and heavy, I feel kinda shaky, I feel like I'm going to fall over, my hands are getting clammy.
I tried a breathing technique I found on Youtube but I just can't relax.

My neck is stiff and sore and I feel some pressure in my head.

Am I just worrying too much and stressing myself out from thinking there's something wrong with my brain?

IM SCARED!!!!

Any advice & encouragement would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks :)

Being active helps me. It takes my mind off of my unnecessary worries

I also feel like I'm going to faint that really scares me.. Just trying to sit here and relax.
I try not to think about it but it's so hard!

I would say yes. You are working yourself up thinking there is something wrong with you. I've done it a million times. And since you're working yourself up you're getting those symptoms.

Sounds like classic anxiety. My anxiety is all health related and when I get fixed on something I swear I will have pain in whatever part of my body I think is wrong with me. When i have an anxiety attack I get shaky. Sweaty. Feel like I'll lose control. Heart beating a million miles per hour. Upset stomach. That uneasy feeling. Mind racing. It is horrible!
