Many people with an anxiety disorder also suffer with depression, sleep disorders, and physical health problems that are related to stress such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Anxiety disorders are treatable with psychological therapies, or medication, or both. Recovery from an anxiety disorder is possible with specialist treatment, education, support and self-management skills.

I have had severe anxiety for years.  I take meds to control it, and they do the job.  YOU need to see your doctor about this, because you are pregnant, you could be causing stress for the baby, BUT you need something to help that will not harm the baby.
