Asking for your opinion

let me set the timetable.  I had a very stressfull day yesterday that caused me not to sleep but maybe for 2 hours tops.  I have been anxiety free for 4 and half months not a single episode.  I got out of bed this moring took 2 steps and relized I was dizzy as all get out.  I then broke out in a cool sweat.  sat down regained my composure and began to take my pulse.  it was 57 one second then it was racing the next.   4 months ago i had complete exams and things came back good just some pacs and pvcs and a little bradycardia at night nothing to be concerned with. as the doctor said.

my question is before anxiety sets in again over this incident is this some thing to be concered with.  I had no issues all day just when I jumped up out of bed after pretty much not sleeping all night?   do I need to run and get these test done all over again or is the sneaky little bugger trying to come back again? Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this subject.

You don't need to redo the tests again. if they were fine 4 month ago they will be fine again. Heart problems ussually take years to develop. I'm sure you're fine. I suffer from panic disorder, so i know what you're going through.

My thoughts, for what they're worth:
As for the dizziness; that is completely normal when you haven't slept. So is nausea or a bout of cold sweat. Feels pretty much the same as a bad hang-over if you ask me.
Be aware of what that sneaky little bugger is up to. It'll tell you all kinds of rubbish if you start paying attention to it again. Don't buy into it.
