Anxiety or Biapolar?

Ok well my husband  has never had a panic attack ( lucky) or anything really dealing with anxiety. Well last night he said the he felt nervous and he would not really talk to me and i know that means just leave them alone. Well he went from nervous to mad then to sad... then he was just fine. But i am not sure if that was anxiety or is he Bipolar?

The behavior your husband exhibited last night could have just been the result of a bad day. Felling nervous every now and then is just part of the human conditon, as is feeling mad and sad. But I'm getting the feeling this range of emotions happened over a short period of time? Does this happen to him often? If the answer is yes, I would suggest your husband visit his doctor and have a very thourough work up and a long discussion about his emotional behavior.
I am certainly not qualifed to diagnose what may be going on with your husband. The nervousness could indeed be a symptom of anxiety, but going from mad to sad sounds a wee bit more like depression. The bipolar aspect is way out of my league. The very best thing you could do for both your husband and you is get him to the doctors and get to the bottom of this behavior.
Please let us know what the doctor says, OK? And I think it's great that you care enough about your husband to seek out advice for him and want to help and obviously support him. He is very lucky to have you in his corner.
Hang in there, OK?
And write any time you need!
Peace
