Constantly messing with my medications...

So recently I've been constantly messing with my daily Buspirone dosage, switching from increasing to decreasing... I feel so extremely strange that I cannot describe this. I keep telling myself to leave it be but I always tend to mess with something the next day.  Need some help.

What kind of help?  You know what you're doing, why not just stop doing it?  Do you have signs of OCD and, if so, are you talking to a professional about it along with taking medication?
