Thanks. I didn't think it sounded like anxiety to me either but I've seen a ear doctor they say everything is normal had a MRI it's also normal but something is very wrong with me.
During a panic attack most people feel disoriented, and most of us have had balance problems. But it sounds as if your problem is continuous, and that doesn't necessarily sound like anxiety, that sounds more like an inner ear problem or something of that nature. So if it isn't episodic coordinated with anxiety attacks, I'd keep looking for an alternative answer.
Anxiety disorder can cause vertigo. This and many other physical concerns can occur during an anxiety episode. If any concerns during an anxiety episode have been non responsive to medication cognitive behavioral therapy can be helpful for some people. Talk therapy can be helpful in addition to this. There are specific types of behavioral therapists that help people with specified anxiety concerns. I found this to be of some help in the past. You could ask your psychiatrist if this might be of help.
