I am new to this anxiety 1 month i.. I need help coping wih this  and still live..... I have my good days and I have my bad days... I am ready to have a good day all the time ... I want my life back!!

Get into therapy with a CBT therapist or at least one who specializes in anxiety treatment right away before this becomes a settled way of thinking.  Good luck.
