Anxiety makes you over-analyze your body in fear thinking that every twitch, ouch, burning etc is a frightening symptom which makes you even more anxious and search even more, so it is possible that none of these symptoms really exist other than in a minor way that they always did. Anyone can feel these symptoms if they look for them - I just woke up from an afternoon nap which I hate to do but could tell myself now that there is something wrong because i am overly tired, when the reality is I should have slept more last night.

Only your doctor can figure out if they are real and I assume you have already investigated this possibility with him? Or they could be real and he is mis-diagnosing them, but no one here can diagnose you so you would have to take it up with a new doctor.

well I mean I did a blood test I did hiv test and stuff and all came back negative also I got this felling since last I had sex with a girl and I saw some spots and at this moment I couldn't describe my fellings how I felt but as I said I got tested everything is negative and I also asked her does she fell the same way I fell but she says she fells normal so I couldn't caught anything so I think its could be all those felling I'm felling since the first time I saw spots and I got extremele scared and now dizziness and tiredness never go away
I see one of your self-diagnosed "symptoms" is sometimes nail discoloration, so obviously that is just in your head because I doubt there is any condition where the nails would keep changing, Perhaps you are a hypochondriac who could benefit from therapy.  I can't diagnose you, but likely all of your symptoms don't exist since your doctor couldn't find anything wrong.

Try to consider that they might not be real and relax to see if they go away. If you can't accept that most if not all of these symptoms do not exist anymore than the nail issue, then I suggest a therapist..
Actually, nail discoloration is a sign of a zinc deficiency.  That would also mean your electrolytes might be out of balance.  Either or both can cause what you're feeling, though so can lots of other things.  Mineral deficiencies are not easy to test for, as they can vary through the day and the week and the month, but you might check your medical tests to see how your zinc levels are doing.  Also check your iron levels.  Again, this might have nothing to do with what's going on, but it could.

paxiled My interpretation of his comment was he meant it is sometimes discoloration so any deficiency isn't going to make the nails go back and forth.
