Slow vision

Hi hope someone can help shed some light on the problem i have.I have had slow type of vision since i was 18,Now i`m 31 and i still have this weird problem,I or so feel worst when things happen so suddenly,And my vision feels slower and i become disorientated and tremble sometimes.I use too smoke but gave that up and feel better but still eyes feel same,(i had this problem before i smoked so smoking was not the blame. But it was the reason i started smoking.I feel tired most times but i have had heaps of sleep.I want too know is this a form of Anxiety? and has other people out there have this slow vision ect problem i have been experienced?

I don`t think counseling is ideal for me.Cos i feel fine talking about it with anyone,The main problem for me is this tired/slow/vision/heavy head feeling witch is the problem that affects me everyday.Without this i would be Fine :).I have too note,That i have not had any stress as far as too course mental problems. But saying this....I remember the last time i was normal, was when i was not on drugs.I did drugs for a year and harf,I smoked dope one time Had some bad effects like snakes going up the wall and stuff it was crazy. And that did make me feel like i was going too die.So this did put loads of stress on me at that time,But part from that nothing else.

It sounds like all other causes have been ruled out, and now it's time to either rule out anxiety, or address it.  Take cj's advice and get help.  It's the next logical step.

Anxiety and depression can definitely go hand in hand in my opinion...I would have to agree.  Go get checked out by your doc.  Have you had anxiety problems in the past?  Anxiety can and does manifest itself in so many ways.  For me, the most crucial step I took in confronting this, was to seek help through counseling.  It is confusing and can be very scary in the beginning but you can and will get through it...keep us posted!

Although this may be anxiety, you want to get a complete check-up to rule out all other causes first. Anxiety presents with so many different types of symptoms, that anything is possible. Get a thorough check-up and go from there.  Congratulations on quitting the smoking, you're doing your body a world of good, and preventing many future problems!!!
Smoking would not have caused what you're experiencing, but eventually more serious problems.  Wanting to sleep a lot is often a symptom of depression as well.  Hopefully, there will be somone on here who has experienced this exact same thing and can share with you.  But if not, that doesn't mean it's not anxiety, you just need to rule out all other causes.  I hope you get some answers and relief.  Take care.
