What is a heath plan? My doctor says i have too have one.
I had a bad panic attack too day.So i went too my GP too day,And explain too her about this problem. It was hard but i did it.I`m having a blood test tomorrow.
Going too see my doctor friday about this...Hope i will get some re-leaf soon :(.Chin up i gess! :)
I don`t think counseling is ideal for me.Cos i feel fine talking about it with anyone,The main problem for me is this tired/slow/vision/heavy head feeling witch is the problem that affects me everyday.Without this i would be Fine :).I have too note,That i have not had any stress as far as too course mental problems. But saying this....I remember the last time i was normal, was when i was not on drugs.I did drugs for a year and harf,I smoked dope one time Had some bad effects like snakes going up the wall and stuff it was crazy. And that did make me feel like i was going too die.So this did put loads of stress on me at that time,But part from that nothing else.
Yea i am,I will talk too my doctor this week if i can,But being so close too xmass it`s hard too get an appointment. That i can work around my work.Should be good :).
It sounds like all other causes have been ruled out, and now it's time to either rule out anxiety, or address it. Take cj's advice and get help. It's the next logical step.
I had MRI i had test done with my heart,Had test with my eyes ect..but doctors at the time could not find anything wrong, how ever never tested for Anxiety ect..
Anxiety and depression can definitely go hand in hand in my opinion...I would have to agree. Go get checked out by your doc. Have you had anxiety problems in the past? Anxiety can and does manifest itself in so many ways. For me, the most crucial step I took in confronting this, was to seek help through counseling. It is confusing and can be very scary in the beginning but you can and will get through it...keep us posted!
Although this may be anxiety, you want to get a complete check-up to rule out all other causes first. Anxiety presents with so many different types of symptoms, that anything is possible. Get a thorough check-up and go from there. Congratulations on quitting the smoking, you're doing your body a world of good, and preventing many future problems!!!
Smoking would not have caused what you're experiencing, but eventually more serious problems. Wanting to sleep a lot is often a symptom of depression as well. Hopefully, there will be somone on here who has experienced this exact same thing and can share with you. But if not, that doesn't mean it's not anxiety, you just need to rule out all other causes. I hope you get some answers and relief. Take care.
