This anxiety community is the best you can find on the internet and people here are really helpful and friendly and you can make friends to talk about it when you are feeling alone or misunderstood.
Anxiety is not something to be lived alone. Talk is the best option you have along with relaxation techniques even tho it's hard to relax when having anxiety.

GAD can cause all sorts of thoughts in my opinion. Now that you know that you have it, why not learn more about it? Do you have access to a therapist to talk these issues over with? For me, shedding light on anxiety really helped me understand it and confront it. In my experience, gaining the knowledge about this makes it more surmountable and can lessen the confusion when initially confronting this...you are NOT going crazy...you will get through this.
