Is it "tacky" to email your doc on a Sunday? Should I wait till tomorrow?

When I was in hospital a month ago they managed to email my GP on Sunday without any problems because when I went to see my GP in a emergency, the next day, she told me that she had recieved the email from the hospital, saying why I was a inpatient. Give it a try, you never know.
