You have to fall back on your CBT. Make sure you get a lot of exercise, running, walking, yoga and things like that. Try to keep your mind occupied as much as you can with reading, crafts, etc. I was in your situation many years ago. I wasn't successful in keeping it at bay but everyone is different and you have been off the meds for a while so I'm sure you will do much better than I was able to. Good luck and congratulations!
