Heart Palpitations?

Hi there. I'm suffering from anxiety, and for the last 6 days I've had none stop heart palpitations. Does anyone else ever have this? Is it part of my anxiety? I've been to the doctors and they say there isn't anything to worry about, but it didn't help.

They are worse when i wake up in the night for the toilet and it's really upsetting me. When i got to the doctors my heart stopped messing about. Typical. If anyone else ever experiences this please could you let me know how long it's likely to last?

Also, my partner keeps telling me it's because I'm stressed about moving house, but i don't think this is it as i don't even think I am stressed about it?

HELP please!! :(

I am on Paxil, just again recently after weaving off of it a few months ago and Klonopin: low dosage that I only take at bedtime.  My anxiety affects me first thing in the morning and this seems to help drastically.

I believe it does help me yes. It is a beta blocker that slows down the heart beat.

Usually I get heart racing from time to time, but this has nearly gone on for a week now :(

What meds are you on if you don't mind me asking?

Heart racing, sweats, head spinning to the point it may cause you to pass out are all signs of anxiety even though we tend to believe that we have heart issues.
I am on meds for anxiety but still suffer the racing heart from time to time.  Yes, it's normal.  Meds should help.  What is Porpanolol?  does it seem to help?

The heart palps are a very common problem with us anxiety sufferers. Maybe your more stressed than you realize about the move. Are you taking anything for your anxiety? Remar
