I know the machines can be very hard to get used to. If you can try though you should get much better sleep and will feel better too.
Honestly I don't use the machine much. Its vary hard to get used to and my apnea isnt bad. They didn't even catch it in the first study.
Is the sleep machine helping at all?
We all handle stress differently. Some people thrive on it while it really gets to others.
That's what usually happens to us anxiety sufferers. When the stress gets to be too much we can have a panic attack out of the blue. I still remember the first one I had very well.
Therapy can be expensive but very worth it. You will learn how to deal with your stress and anxiety.
Yes, it is hard to imagine that the body and mind can do this but it sure can.
Hi thanks for you're input. I do have a sleep machine. And my life is kind of stressful, job, family and so on. But not any more than someone else. I have considered therapy but its costly and I don't feel like its a emotional problem.
When I got my first panic attack it was out of the blue when I was going into work. My anxiety does get worse with less sleep. After 2 weeks of not sleeping I when to the doc and like a year later here I am. All the docs think its stress and now I'm sure it is. But it's hard to imagine the brain can do this to its self. I'm starting to realize that anxiety sufferers like me are never satisfied with the answer "it's just stress" ;).
Anxiety comes with a very long list of possible symptoms. Did they recommend a C pac for your sleep apnea? If you're not getting proper sleep then you will be tired during the day and it can cause or make anxiety worse. Do you have an idea why you might be stressed? Your job, school, family life? Have you given therapy a try yet?
