Can anxiety cause these symptoms?
Warm sensation in my left foot
Tingling/Pins and Needles in my inner thigh and legs
Shooting sensation in my buttocks
Tingling face and upper lip

It sounds like your worry about this may be creating a lot anxiety. I've never heard of Herpes causing these types of symptoms. See a doctor for an evaluation, so you will know one way or another, because the worry is going to take it's toll on you creating bigger problems than Herpes. People live normal lives with Herpes and go on to marry and have children. Once anxiety gets hold of you it can be difficult to beat, so see your doctor. Once you know what you're dealing with, you can cope and stop worrying which means less anxiety. I wish you all the best and take care.
Well ive been so stressed and worried about genital herpes...I dont know wether its herpes doing this or anxiety its been on my mind everyday...
