Hot Flashes, Night Sweats On Occasion, Lightheadedness....38 year old MALE

Hot flashes in menopause I get.  But I'm 38, relatively fit, and lately I've been getting hot flashes on occasion.  I also get sweaty/warm very easily, even when doing dishes in my 73 degree house.  If it's 90 degrees outside, lol, forget about it.  I can't take it.  Other symptoms....for the past few weeks I've been getting daily dizzy/lightheaded spells (not usually corresponding with the hot flashes but they sometimes are).  And after falling asleep, I get 2-3 good hours, but after that I get very superficial, non restful, intermittent sleep in which I wake up dozens of times.  This has been going on for a couple weeks at least.

Any clues to what this is?  BP is normal, blood sugar seems fine, doc doesn't think it's a cardio issue.  Could my agoraphobia be responsible???  These spells will happen even when my heart is nice and calm (not racing).  In fact they always happen when my heart is not racing.

I can't seem to find the answers to this puzzle. It's ruining my life.

P.S.  I'm not taking meds.  I don't drink, don't smoke.  All I take is daily multi-vitamin, some additional Vitamin D (400 IU...this isn't much), and Fish Oil capsules (Omega 3).  Occasionally I take Klonopin when my phobias are really bad.  But I take small doses and just once a day and never 2 days in a row.  I've only taken maybe 8 Klonopins in my life so it's not a withdrawal thing to that drug.

Oh yeah sorry.  I am a male.  I just wanted to say that these symptoms are typical for women in menopause, but we can obviously rule that out in my case lol.  Ya know that's a good question about the symptoms and Klonopin.  I haven't taken it enough to know.  I think they are less noticeable on Klonopin but even on 0.5 mg of Klonopin I still can have moments of anxiety.  It's certainly more tolerable.  I just was hoping that Klonopin would be a magic pill and make me 100% anxiety free.  That's not quite the case.  Mostly anxiety free but not totally.  Is that expected/normal???

When you have taken the Klonopin do you still have these symptoms? If your symptoms go away then I would say it's anxiety.
I'm a little confused. It says you're a male but, you mentioned menopause symptoms.
