Most likely anxiety but jumping to Rabies

Hello there. I've been experiencing quite a few strange symptoms lately, including pressure in the head, which I probably chalk down to a migraine(since I experience these every once in a while) or tension headache but I still look for the worst and go off to google to search it up. I would go to my doctor, but I have yet to ask my parents if I should be able to go or not - most likely just overreacting.

I have this weird head pressure and there's tightness in my throat. The pressure moves when I lay down and the tightness in It's not like there's any difficulty swallowing, I have been able to drink water just fine. Another one is my left arm went numb, but now it is fine. I do experience some burning in the fingertips but that's also random.  The last one is randomly sweating throughout the day which I'm pretty sure is caused by 100 degree weather and the fact that my house gets pretty stuffy in the summer.

My one dog came in the house on July with a wound on his rump and it has healed nicely. Before then he would nip that same spot which I'm pretty sure was just an itch he had. He's been vaccinated so I know it's very very rare that'd he get it. If my other dog had it, pretty sure he'd be showing symptoms by now, too.

What's bad is I know I'm most definitely fine because there'd most likely be more symptoms and I don't think I'd be sitting here typing right now, either. I sit here on the internet and indulge in my anxiety and convince myself of something I probably don't have. It's actually starting to effect me pretty badly even though it already was to begin with. It all started with searching stuff up on the internet and it only made it worse.
