How do i deal with my panic attacks and fear?

I am diagnosed with OCD, anxiety, social anxiety.

Today morning, my parents woke me up with a shout, hence causing a panic attack and opened up my bag and showed me the nicotine chewing gums i had to try to kick smoking.

I am now completely depressed and many negative thoughts are coming in my mind. The least they could do is try to comfort me. I wish i was never born.

A needle is constantly pricking me in the head and it is not bearable. I am feeling numb.

If you have panic attacks you need to be treated for them by a doctor.  I would also suggest therapy to help deal with your relationship with your parents.

I am hoping you see a therapist and or psychiatrist? Do you take any kind of medication? It sounds also like your parents do not seem to understand what you are going through?

A huge help for me was a support group, either online OR in person. Being around people who understand is a huge help. Then if you aren't already, start seeing a therapist, they can help with ways to get you to cope and work yourself through your attacks.

Finally, medication can often help. I am on zoloft and have been for 13 years, it has helped so much with my panic and OCD.
