I 'm not bad but I feel nausea and I want to sleep , I can't ..How long will this last for ....it has never happened like this ..I almost want to go to the hospital so they can give me something to sleep....anyone has any tips on what to do now ...

i agree about distraction. i put my sleep timer on my tv and listen to that when i go to bed as i have racing thoughts, so listening to the tv takes my mind off that. also be careful what you eat and drink when it gets close to bed time, caffeine and sugar can fuel our anxiety.

Distraction, distraction, distraction. Even when you are going asleep. Try putting on some music. To take your mind off of things. By jumping back up you are feeding the fear. Making it worse. I see you have about three or more posts. I might have to flick through the other ones as well to get the full picture. Medication wise or theraphy wise. Not sure what you are taken or if you are getting help. Best at times to create one thread and keep everything together. So we get the full picture in the one thread. And not have to go chasing other threads to see what else what might be wrong with you. But for what you asked in this post I can only suggest distraction. Try not to think about things too much. The more we think inwardly the worse we make things. You are using your computer as a distraction. But I don't see that as getting you any sleep. I am more thinking of how we can keep you in your bed. So you don't have to keep jumping back up. Be it the radio or a book. Just to help you focus.
