If you can tell its coming, try and do something to distract yourself. Reading really helps me because it takes my mind off my own life and whatever is worrying me and helps me focus in on some fictional world and someone elses life. Another thing may be have a cup of chamomile tea...chamomile can ease anxiety. Close your eyes, take 3 really deep breaths...doing this helps because when you breathe deep it blocks a certain hormone thing that releases hormones that cause anxiety...so if the hormones stop being released, you will probably not feel as much anxiety. SOrry for that bad explaination of why that works...my psychiatrist explained it to me and i cant remember the exact medical terms. Good luck...try and keep calm!
Lol thank you... It's making me to where I am so tired and want to sleep but when I get off the phone I start to get panicky and feel ur ciming but I want to go to sleep ugh lol
i suffer from severe anxiety and the best advice i can give u is ignore it , i know your like huh are you nuts thats impossible but trust me it works occupy your mind and time breath and dont think about it if you fight it it will make it worse .read a book answer questions on here get busy
