Thankyou for your replys. i love all the different answers and suggestions. The only thing i can say is that yes i have had theses symptoms before the meds and they still cont. I was in worse shape with out the meds i could move out of my bed. I somehow convinced myself that i was sick and always felt horrible. I have been on zoloft when i was a teenager for about 3 yrs i think. my mothers idea she thought i was depressed lol. then effexor which i hate and will never ever take again for about a yr. and 3 mths later after weaning myself off  boom new old anxiety symptoms gone and bran new one completely different ones appeared. So i am in no hurry to get off my meds in no way shape or form. the idea of it scares me. I go to my doctor every 3mths and we have talked about it. i just wanted to know what other going through the same as me thought. thank you so much all of you for your replys

From your post, I assume these were symptoms you had prior to the Zoloft.  These are just the ones that still remain.  Right? You may benefit from upping the dose since it has given you some relief from your anxiety.  I would definately ask the Dr.  If you don't need the larger dose your symptoms will not improve. BTW, some people are not advocates of anxiety meds and that's fine in their case.  It may not be in yours!  If meds help ( they don't usually make you crazy, LOL ) then anyone with "real" anxiety issues need to consider them as an option.

I actually prefer Zoloft, but be careful....these medications do not 'cure' you of anything.  They are a great tool to use as you learn about your anxiety and panic.  Only through long term knowledge will you ever 'cure' yourself of this cycle in my opinion.  Also, remember that it can take a little time for the body to adjust to it, but I agree with Laurallei...continue to work with your doctor and keep us posted!

Hi Candi

Have you spoke to your doctor about these symptons?  Eveyone is different and reacts differently to these meds. If your symptons are really bothersome you may need to change the dosage or try another med.  Keep in contact with your doctor and advise him of your symptons.

Good Luck!

luv the reason these symptoms are happening is because u are thinking of them to much. just stop thinking of the dizziness and all that stuff because when u think of it u will definatly feel it the bodey dosnt know the differance between real or fake thinking it just reacts to the thinking even if its not facts. 4 example if u think that ur gunna blush u will blush it just happens good luck. and honastly i dont know why the hell ur on meds they just make u crazy and when ur of them guess what ur anxiety will come back trust me if it dosnt show now it will show in the future.
