Is it anxiety or something else?

Hi, I'm 17 years old and I'm a girl.
Just last month i started feeling intense pressure in my left arm and I assumed it was because its where i always wear my bookbag but its getting worse to where i get it in some parts of both my arms and then sometimes in my legs or in my chest and then it spreads. It feels like a throbbing pain or sting and it no longer just happens when I'm stressed, it comes randomly now.
I don't really know what it is, but i do feel like i have ocd issues with things like counting money and doing things in certain orders.
I also like i said am a 17 year old girl who has all ap and advanced glasses, I also attend college as well as high school, I also work part time, my parents are divorced and not very good parents... haha. I'm not sure if my personal life affects this or not or if i just cut off my blood circulation  in my left arm, but i feel it in both my arms and legs and chest so I don't think that's it.
I haven't seen a doctor in about two years and the only problems i've ever had is being lactose intolerant and having seasonal allergies.
If anyone can help me figure out what's wrong, that would be great.

haha, also to add one last thing. i for some reason have a problem with saying nouns. i will sit there and explain one word for 10 minutes because i just can't think of the word. and i also always feel like i have to constantly move especially with my hands, they always have to be doing something and if not i sit there and will rub my hands together. i also tend to scratch my scalp a lot, my hair is thinning because of it

also, to add in that i'm in a long distance relationship and i haven't seen my significant other in five months and i'm really lonely and depressed about it a lot. i get irritated easily, i get chills, sometimes my words get all jumbled and i can't pronounce them right, i sometimes lose sense of direction too to where i walk into chairs or the wall. i also will trip over myself a lot, that has happened most recently, and i'm exhausted all the time.
