Is this a panic attack/ anxiety or something else

So when i have stressful moments or none at all i get a panic attack type thing. Basically when i close my eyes everything seems zoomed out and spacey in a sense. When i look around when i open my eyes objects can seem zoomed in or zoomed out. Faces seem zoomed out or in. A tell tell sign is when i look at my hand and it seems like its bigger or smaller but i know it isnt. I get a frantic sweat on and heat up. I end up concentrating on my room and the shape of it as thinking of my room being sqaure calms me down but because it isnt it stresses me out more. Artificial light effects me. I get hung up on remembering lyrics as songs calm me down but then that stresses me because my mind goes blank. Or i can get a repeated song in my head. I get a sick stach feeling. When i was younger i used to cry it was so horrible. The only thing that gets rid of it is sleep but in the moment i cant sleep. Usually my mum would comfort me.

I know thats a lot to take in with so much going on there but i was wondering if this is a form of anxiety or a panic attack. Or a visual mess up in my brain with the occipital lobe or something because its so random. So much goes on when it happens and i believe artificial loght can cause it. Or does anyone else have some of these effects when going through an attack. Im just so unsure

You may have been experiencing hallucinations or dissociation. These can also happen when extreme stress or anxiety is intense.

To me it  sound's like anxiety and it seems like you've had it since your youth. Finding comfort in different things or distracting the brain i.e thinking of your room can help. It wouldn't hurt to see a psychologist to try to understand why you feel the way you do.

Could be anxiety.  Could be the artificial light -- many people have a very hard time if they're exposed to it too much, especially fluorescent light.  Not likely the brain in the sense you're thinking.  Ever gone to see a professional to see if they can figure it out?

This does not seem like a panic attack to me. Seeing a neurologist would be a good idea.
