Good luck calling the crisis line. I have felt extremely anxious in my place. It is no longer the huge problem it was, but I feel for you.
Do you live alone? With parents? Or significant other? My difficulty was external stressors combined with living alone. Example: Had to sell home because of impending layoff; moved to small apt on side of major highway to shorten commute to work.
Got laid off and felt totally alone. Finally moved in with sister until I could function, got part time jobs, etc. I was taking Xanax for panic attacks on the road; but finally they started happening in my apt.
Get help. No need to suffer. Best.
i have been diganoised with anexity i just feel really out of it will it ever goo or what i am going for a blood test on monday because my stepmum whos a nurse thinks i might have a chemical inbalace?
I understand what you are saying, I have been there. Do you have a DR? Get in touch with them immediately. If you don't have a DR I would suggest calling a crisis helpline. I will try to find a national one and I will get back to you
