tingle through my whole body

Recently I've had some horrible feelings of being light headed & at the same time I get this odd tingle through my whole body.  It's almost like a hot flash or pulse going through my body. I also get light headed. The feeling only goes on for a few seconde each time but it happens abount 50 times a day.

I have the same symptoms. Hot flashes, tingles, light headedness is Epstein Barr Virus.  You can heal EBV by eating the right foods (wild blueberries, papaya, spinach, apples, and others) - and stay away from virus feeding foods like eggs dairy, also take zinc, and other supps.  Get the book Medical Medium by Anthony William.  This is the only book to clear this up.

Does this have anything to do with heart palpitations? I had them a few months ago after switching to Columbian coffee. I had no idea that the additional caffeine would cause heart palpitations but I felt awful for about a week until I stopped drinking the stuff. You also didn't mention your age or gender. That might help to figure this out.
