I feel like idk where I'm at and not part of reality, seems like I'm going crazy and it scares me. My doctor prescribed me xanax 0.25 mgs and I took it a hour and a half ago. It helped in like 20 mins to half an hour but still feel those symptoms not as much but a little just wanted to know what this is cause this has been going on for 2 days. Idk if it's the xanax or not?
No when I started taking it. I haven't been to a doctor in years and finally I got my health insurance and booked the appointment. I seen my doctor after Christmas on jan 6 for the first time and he prescribed the xanax and if you looked at my other post I want to the hospital before this and they also prescribed me xanax until I want to my doctor. Idk why I'm feeling this symptom it's causing panic attacks for me idk if it's the xanax or not, but call my doctor tomorrow and tell him about it
I just started to see a doctor and he prescribed it to me and the disreality problem started 2 days ago. I woke up felt outta it but felt out of reality and was scared to lose my mind.
I see you have been suffering from anxiety since Oct and took Xanax in Dec, so I assume you know what it is for and it worked.
