Anxiety causing frequent urges to urinate?
Hi There,
For the last 8 months I have been feeling frequent urges to urinate even if I have an empty bladder, I get the urges while in public most of the time. I went to a specialist and he said there is nothing wrong with my bladder or kidneys. I had very severe anxiety a few years ago, but I believed I was no longer effected by it; I don’t always feel anxious while when I feel the urges. I was wondering if this a common symptom of anxiety, and if so how to I deal with it?

oh yes it is . other night i was anxiety had to go bathroom every 10 mins , that is anxiety
