Lymph nodes??

Can anxiety about poss health problems cause pain/tingling in the neck, behind ears, under arms and behind knees?  My lymph nodes are not swollen but are uncomfortable with this tingling/pain.  I also am getting burning sensation/tingling in my lips and tongue, again can this be related to anxiety??

Yes, I have read and talked to my doctor about this. Stress anxiety can cause your lymph nodes to feel strange.

I was told by an endocrinologist that swollen lymph nodes are usually a sign of infection in the body.
