Dizzy, tired, injured, what's next?

I seriously think I have a brain tumor or something of the sort.  I'm always dizzy now I cant even play a video game without getting dizzy/  I'm always tired even if i get enough sleep.  My right side has so many wierd issue.  My right shoulder may be separated, my right nostril always gets bloody, my right eyelid always twitches, my right side always hurts when i breath in deeply. I have a freakin brain tumor dont I?  Id seriously rather die in a car accident than from a brain tumor.  At least it's sudden instead of going insane just from thinking about it.

I just dont know what in the world the answer could be.  It's one thing after another, like in a chain pattern.  I get bloated, my right side of my ribs hurt when im sitting down bent forward and i breath in deeply (wtf??? how could that randomly happen?) Just earlier I had a cone of ice cream and felt like I was having hypertension or something.  My doctor doesnt seem to worry and says it is just anxiety, but I dont know what to believe.  I feel so disconfident in the medical world because of how little we really know about disease and cures.  I've gone from losing 8lbs to gaining 8 lbs again and getting heavier, but looking exactly the same!  I work out 5 days a week and injured my shoulder recently (great way to add to everything huh?).  My right side is taking a beating it seems. As I said before, my right nostril bleeds but my left one never does (usually at night ill roll around and somehow my hand will smack my nose and it bleeds), my right shoulder is separated, and my right rib area hurts.  I dont have any liver issues (I had several blood tests that came back ok to prove that).  Aside from my right side being messed up, Im ALWAYS TIRED! I could easily go to sleep at any point of the day.  I also get dizzy randomly and sweat mildly randomly.  My lung capacity feels lower than it used to be.  Am I just paying too much attention or am I really at a health risk?  I'll list all of my symptoms inn organized list, this is EVERYTHING.

- lightheaded/dizziness
- constantly tired
- right eyelid twitches randomly
- right nostril bleeds but not left
- right shoulder separated
- right rib area hurts when I breath in deep (especially if im bent forward a little)
- bloating after some meals
- irritable bowel syndrome
- random weight loss/gain

(another question, do you actually have to catch up on your sleep? let's say I get 6 hours of sleep for 4 days of the week, then I get 10 hours on day 5, 8 hours on day 6, but im still tired.  do i need to somehow ctach up or is that just a stupid saying?)

So when it comes to the Hokey Kokey and the right side you have to pull out of then. I am jesting of course. The bafflement of such a forum is that people know what they have and let us know in advance in their posts. You told us what you have. Well, what you imagine you have. Is that just your view? Or has a doctor ever examined you and said it is a brain tumor? I doubt that very much. Honestly. What you describe would, if if I was to be honest with you, and I will, sounds like the symptoms of a stroke. Were one side of the body can get effected. Makes you feel a lot better doesn't it? Which would you prefer? The tumor or the stroke? My honest guess would be neither. But the more you imagine such a thing the more it will effect you big time. Go to a doctor. Have him send you to a hospital. Get a full MRI scan and the likes done. Bet you it all comes back as negative. So just relax a bit. Don't panic over it. Could be such a simple answer out there waiting for you. Once you find the answer you will wonder why you wasted so much time worrying over nothing.
