No energy

Hey. Is having no energy at all a symptom of panic  disorder? I honestly have no energy. I could lay in my bed all day if I could. I don't even feel like playing sports and I love playing hockey.

Do you feel anxious and fatigued or tired after a bout of anxiety or just plain tired period? It would be normal to be tired during or after anxiety. You sound depressed. I would suggest seeing a psychiatrist and getting a proper diagnosis. Studchick

It's more typical of depression.  You lose interest in activities you once enjoyed, friends, feeling down, or sad, crying, feeling alone.  If having no energy is your only symptom, maybe talk to your doctor.  It may just be a temporary thing.

I'm not sure if it's a individual thing or not I don't even have a sign that mine come on they just happen. There is not one thing that triggers them. I just begin shaking and almost hyperventilate and once I can catch my breath and the world stops spinning I just cry and cry and cry. Do you have a therapist? Maybe they would be able to answer your question better.Or you could as the ask a dr forum. Low energy is a side effect of many disorders etc. I hope you feel better soon.
