You need to see the proper specialists to make sure you're healthy, not just your GP. Your anger and unhappiness may be due to anxiety and depression, so you need to see a psychiatrist for help with this. There is help for you and you need to take advantage of it.
wel m thankful to ur support.. i feel bit relaxd n motivated wen i hear smthn words lyk by u ppl.. i dunno wats gettin wrng wid me.. i a cmpltly broke up.. i am frustrated n angry always.. it may b my family, my frends.. i jus shout on dem n later ask 4 apology.. dunno wat m doin. wat m saying.. i cry all the time.. i feel i'l die any moment.. i went to local GP.. she said dat m having pain in breast due to pre menstrual prob n is normal in gals of my age, n i feel shortness in breath coz of anxiety n stress.. she have given me tabs like simrose500 n lysonac plus.. n as my arm n back keeps painin she said m havin spondalysis.. n given tabs.. she said nt to tke stress n be happy.. as i m a final year engg student, i need to submit my project also.. even dis is a big stress on my head.. coz of dis physical n mental imbalance, i emotinally get things mess 4me.. m unable to focus on my boh personal n professional aspects.. i really feel gud support frm frenz n family.. plz suggest mt wat to do.. i smtimes think i may havr breast cancer o prob related to heart leading to heart attack.. i really feel very upset, lonely n fearful.. i have lots of stress n i feel nervous n unhappy... plz try o suggest smthn which can be benficial to me.. i'l wait 4 ur response agn..
Hi....Anxiety can and does present with these type of symptoms, but we always want to make sure there are no other underlying causes for your symptoms first. The first thing I would do is see a cardiologist to make sure everything is okay, since you are still having the heaviness and pain in your chest on one side. If all is okay then it's time to address your anxiety. Therapy would be beneficial but a lengthy process so medication would help you through this time. See a psychiatrist so the two of you can determine the best course of treatment for you. I hope knowing you're not alone helps, and you can and will feel better with the proper help.
