I'm spiraling, please help me!!!

Ok, so now that I've found this fantastic website, I have another question!
Does anxiety make you paranoid? I live with my boyfriend and we have a good relationship... We even work together...
We are together ALL THE TIME outside of work as well... However, I feel like he's cheating on me with a specific girl from work. Where and when he would be able to do this is unknown to me... But I even feel like I caught them shooting flirtatous glances at each other... am I crazy? Even them SPEAKING to each other sets me off...
Any and all suggestions welcome!
Thanks!
Just to add to this issue... it is making my anxiety ten times worse... I have been physically shaking since I started thinking this & my boyfriend says "i'm acting weird". I feel like I'm mad at him for something that he is probably not even doing!

Also, I don't want this to ruin my current relationship as I believe it did with my last one...
But I also don't want to miss any signals that he is cheating... Dont want to be naive I guess...

Well JandC, I have experienced this before... with my last boyfriend. I always thought he was cheating and I gave him hell for it. In the end he did end up cheating on me and that's why we are no longer together. I have also felt this numerous times with my current boyfriend involving other girls, then I figure he's not really doing anything and forget about it. THen I start all over with another gir! I have had this feeling about the same girl before though...I hate feeling this way... I'm actually at work right now and I just saw them talking (in a public place) for like 5 seconds and it made me have a panic attack. I think the fact that I've been cheated on in the past is not a helpful contributor!!!
I'm also about to get my period, perhaps my hormones are an unhealthy contributor also. I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown :(
