Restless hands and The world around me is moving fast

Yeah, I think I need some helpful information if any one can tell me. Had this since I was young. At night, I go to bed, but then I wake up an hour or two after going to bed and my hands feel like I need to move them or clench them really hard, or at least hit them on a wall or something to make the feeling go away and make the feeling stop, I tried staying up with this problem, hoping it would go away after watching t.v, but as I tried watching television or music, suddenly I felt as though the shows were going way too fast along with the singing in my music. If I can please have some help on this problem, I would appreciate it. Just what in the world is happening?

Indeed I have discussed it with my doctor, it often happens when I have fevers or when I wake up sweating in heat, the doctor doesn't know what it is actually, my mother keeps telling me I'm imagining things. idk what it is but, I think it may be physical.

Have you discussed with your primary care doctor?  It could be circulation (blood) or something else physical, not mental.
