very well said!, my therapy sessions have been helping me through that motion of thought its boggling how much a single thought can do that to you!.
i've got an appointment booked and will post up what i found out!
Thanks again Lydia, keep doing what you do, your a great help to many people on this site! :)
Looking up things on symptom sites IS a bit of a "panic response." But what we are searching for is reassurance that we DON'T have whatever our "fear de jour" is. Unfortunately for those of us with anxiety/panic issues, even if we don't have a single symptom, we end up convincing ourselves we do, we just somehow "missed" that daily gushing nosebleed or regular fainting spells while we're driving or that we've totally lost the use of our hands. That is meant to be a bit funny, but because I've been there, I know the terrible power of our minds and what it can make us believe.
Take care and I WILL be watching for your post about what the docs say!
Peace
Greenlydia
i knew it was a silly thing to go looking on symptom sites, but, sometimes i cant help it its a panic response thing for me to do. I'll check in again and post up what i find out, sooner the better is a good motto!, thanks lydia!!
I suggest you see a neurologist as soon as possible. Considering your age, it's not very likely to be a stroke, but as the above poster stated, the earlier you have something diagnosed, the more they can do to correct it.
And please stay off the symptom sites!! The only "good" those damn sites do is make your doctors bank account even fatter.
Let us know what they find out, OK?
I'm sure you'll be fine, but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
Peace
