Panic attack and blood sugar?

Ok sup ppl haven't been on here in mad long, so I made a new username cause I forgot my old username and password. Alright so my girl and we're just laying down together watching good mythic morning on Youtube and her grandmother always stresses me out over things and my girl to like always but the stress got to the point of me having a panic attack and this is right after we had dinner to, so about a hour or 2 goes by and the panic attack is still happening so I decided to take the blood sugar test to see what it is like I do every night and it was 72, now I checked this out on google and the normal levels for blood sugar are suppose to be 80 - 110 avenge but it was 72 and was feeling mad cold and shaking can this be a sign on of low blood sugar? I haven't seen a doctor about this btw

So no one has replied back on my last Post, so my blood sugar if it drops below 100 I start to feel mad cold dizzy but mostly panic attacks nonstop and I have a blood sugar meter to show me. I get most of my attacks I noticed from low blood sugar but I also have depression due to panic attacks which I don't feel anything but my heart pound really hard against my chest and I try 321 method that my therapist taught me and listing to music or walking but the walking does help a lot cause it helps me sleep at night from being tired out, but if anyone here can relate or please give me some advice on other methods to try and keep relax from a anxiety or panic attack?
